I have been a patient for many years as well as both my parents. The office atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. My mother recently experienced elbow and hand pain and was recommended PT, which was not successful. She mentioned it to Dr. Jess during an appointment and he worked on it and relieved all her pain!Dr. Jess's expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for his patients is unmatched.I cannot recommend Dr. Jess and his team highly enough- whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply aiming to improve your overall wellness.
My back has been a mess for 15 years. A once 9 handicap, I haven't been able to go more than 5 holes without my lower back freezing up .I have been experiencing pain in my neck and shoulders and blew it off as just stress! A friend of mine recommended I visit Dr Pontious to see if he could help me! I have been seeing him 2 times a week for about 45 days and my back and neck pain are completely gone. Infact, Dr Pontious just gave me the green light to go and hit some golf balls at the driving range . I am totally thrilled and would recommend Dr Pontious to anyone ! Best medical decision I ever made!
Dr Pontious got rid of my lower back pain! I had lower back pain off and on, which eventually became on and even-more-on. Meds made no discernible difference. Physical therapy made some difference but then plateaued. With dr Pontious it went away altogether! It does require regular tune-ups; the only time the back pain came back was when I was away for a couple of months traveling.
