My sister treated me to a scalp massage at Healthy Hair Beauty Bar and although it was my first time trying this treatment, I can describe the experience as relaxing and rejuvenating. I left feeling lighter and would definitely recommend to anyone. You will see me again!
Was looking for some last minute self care, and was glad to see available same-day and next-day spots open as well as new customer specials. I've had one other head spa experience in a cramped salon suites-style place, and was so glad to find this was not that.
Parking was plentiful and it was easy to find their suite. The transition from office hallway to spa atmosphere is stark but welcomed. Staff were kind and the service was started with an intake form before being taken back to do the infamous camera. I honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. I came in with a super dry, itchy scalp and flat hair, and walked out feeling like my head was brand new.
The place is really clean and chill, and the staff were friendly without being over the top. They checked my scalp first, explained what was going on, and recommended a treatment that actually made sense instead of trying to upsell me.
The massage part was insane (in the best way). I almost fell asleep. My hair felt noticeably softer right after, and even a few days later it still feels lighter and less oily than usual.
