Ric was fantastic from start to finish--professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable.

In an hour, he fixed a light fixture, three fire alarms, a doorbell, and an outdoor light. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly but with care, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Beyond his skills, he had a great personality--friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be reaching out to him again for any future electrical work, and I'll be passing his number along to friends and family as well. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience! Our school was experiencing a localized power outage, and after briefly describing it to him, he offered to hop on a video call and help me solve it on the spot! Turns out it was something he could spot right away and guided me effortlessly to alleviate the problem at the source. I cannot be more thankful as we are in such a busy season and he saved the day. Anytime I have any more issues I am 1000% coming back! Thank you so much much!
