5 months ago my pink leather jacket was returned to me but had been dyed beige rather than pink, even though the lining is pink. They said they would send it back to the leather cleaners to be redyed (I didn't know that they sent leathers to another cleaner). 2 months later the owner called and said that they couldn't redye it and they would order and purchase another pink jacket for me at no charge. I haven't heard from the cleaners so I called and left a message for the owner to return my call with updated info on my jacket. He has not returned my call!!!
