Easily the best experience I’ve had at a dermatology appointment. Every person in the office is kind, warm, and friendly which helps you feel comfortable from the start. Dr. Gallacher was very thorough, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions clearly. It’s the kind of office that operates at a high level, makes it appear effortless, and have thought of how to offer their patients/clients the best experience at every turn.
I love Dr. Gallacher and her staff! Everyone is so warm and welcoming. The office smells like a high-end spa and is very quiet and zen. I had a series of two different types of laser treatments as well as RF microneedling. Dr. Gallacher and her team always made sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect during the treatment and recovery process. Overall just a great experience, I absolutely trust Dr. Gallacher's advice and highly recommend Dermatology & Laser Centre!
Staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Gallacher was on time and as usual, very thorough. She is professional and has a pleasant disposition. Showed interest in me both as a patient and as an individual.
