Wendy and the coaching hypnotherapy has done more for myself than any other therapy session has done in the past. It gets down to the root of your problems and where you are holding them within your body/fascia. If you’re open to anything I say give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. Wendy is a great conduit to guide you on this journey.
Wendy is warm, welcoming, and highly skilled at what she does! She not only addresses the tight muscles but she also works with releasing pent up energy in the nervous system. She has helped me when I had shooting pain in the TMJ and in my elbow. I find that getting a massage with Wendy right before my chiropractic adjustments yields the best results in reducing pain and increasing my range of motion. I highly recommend Wendy!
Wendy has been my massage therapist for many years. She has positive energy and truly cares about her clients helping to fix anything that is wrong. I have been hesitant about letting her do cupping on me until yesterday. I have terrible allergies and trouble breathing so I figured what the heck. This morning I woke up with full lung capacity and could inhale 100%. I am still in shock and thrilled with the results! I also had more energy for my morning workout whereas I had been dragging lately due to the allergies. I would recommend visiting Wendy. What could it hurt?!? You will enjoy a terrific massage at the bare minimum.
