I highly recommend coming here for alterations! I came last minute to have a dress shortened and adjusted to fit me and the woman owner was able to get it done In just 3 days! It was perfect ! I was so thankful.

I've been coming her for alterations for years. Usually for hemming and taking in pants in the legs. Last time I brought in two pairs of pants to be taken in and hemmed. The total was $72, which was more than the pants cost. So I don't think this is a good price at all. Anyway, the hem on one of the legs was about 1/2 to 3/4 inch longer than the other one. No big deal, I thought I would just take them back and have it corrected. Well, the lady who has been there every single time I have come for alterations didn't like my claim that one of the legs was longer than the other. She kept laying them down on the counter and stretching and pulling them to make them the same length. When I folded them in half to put them on the hanger, you could see the difference in length. She said she would fix them. Fair enough. But then she said "just this time". That did not sit well with me. I'm not the one who made a mistake. I told her that she made the mistake and if she didn't want to have to redo the alterations, then she shouldn't make the mistake again. This is very poor customer service. She can't make a mistake and then talk down to her long time customer by saying she is not going to fix her own mistakes next time. She acts as if I was trying to get away with something. I don't think I will go there anymore.

I lost about 15 lbs. and all of my (relatively new) jeans no longer fit. The very nice lady at Classy Cleaners did the fitting and alterations (took them completely apart and re-sewed the entire thing for a custom fit) and now they fit me better than they used to before the weight loss. And the price was ridiculously low for the amount of work she did. Highly recommended.Service: Alterations
