Have been a customer for decades - wouldn't go anywhere else. I like to drop my stuff off in person because I love seeing J and A. They always make me smile and makes bringing in the husband's shirts a super pleasant experience. In all these years, I've never had an issue with any damage or lost buttons and if I bring something in with a stain, they always mark it and it's gone when I pick up. Always fast and on time too.
[6/25] Over the last several years, they’re often unable to deliver all items dropped off at the same time, it’s becoming more prevalent. For example, I drop off 3 items and receive 1 item the next day and then the other 2 items several days later. This is happening 50% of all deliveries now. Don’t make promises you can’t keep.
[6/25] Updating Review
Business reached out and provided a credit. It's not the credit that's important but looking into solving the root cause of the problem. Small businesses are tough and not perfect, changing my review as a result of being contacted and the business looking to solve the actual problem. Thank you
I brought in my bridesmaids dress after my cousins wedding to get dry cleaned. This was my first time using Country Club Cleaners and decided to use them through all the great reviews I’d seen, and I am so glad I did! The drop off was so easy and seamless and my dress was ready the next day. I had some stains and makeup that got on my dress and it came back looking good as new, plus it cost me less than $20. Other places I looked at were over charging and way too expensive. I can’t recommend this place enough!
