My wife and I were extremely dissatisfied with Jill Cherne as our real estate agent ( she works for Keller Williams). We hired her in March 2023 to sell our beautiful former model home with million dollar views of Mount Diablo and the Brentwood Shadow Lakes Golf Course. Prior to our house going on MLS she told us she had an offer, and, when I asked questions, she assured us it was a "GREAT" "GREAT" offer. At that time, she did not disclose to us when presenting the offer or inform us at any time prior to signing that she was also acting as the buyer's agent.
