Walked in on a Tuesday, and I was asked if I needed any help right away. I did have a question. They didn't carry the very new product I was looking for as it may have just come out. But the clerk Aubree was cheery and chatty and knowledgeable about other products I looked at from the same company. All these things would definitely bring me back in again. I appreciate someone taking time with me and not only helping me with information on products, but being genuinely friendly and making going out again after a rough 2020 why we need our businesses to succeed...especially local ones in Danville.

Omg Ciara is amazing! I came from all the way from San Jose and was super surprised at how professionally clean and well maintained this place is. Not only did Ciara go over and beyond on helping me but she was extremely knowledgeable about every item that I needed help in. She made me feel so comfortable and as a first time mom who hasn't been out in awhile I'm so GLAD that I was my little treat. I ended purchasing the item and can't wait to come back for more but would definately come back for the sheer excellent customer service hospitality here at the Danville location
