Dr Shah, I just wanted to thank you for being such an amazing doctor!! You are so knowledgeable, kind, patient and actually ask questions and want to get to the bottom of things, instead of just throwing out meds or blowing things off. I just want to be healthy and resolve issues, because it’s not always due to one thing, autoimmune, age etc…Could be other things like sleep disorder, hormones or stress, diet and exercise! I see Dr. Shah. She's amazing, very thorough and listens to me. I'm never asked to weigh myself, sit in a gown for routine visits and no wait times. It's very fast and efficient. I always feel taken care of with major anxiety going in she makes me feel comfortable. The front desk people are so nice as well. I'm able to communicate with everyone through my chart and request refills or just ask questions when needed! So convenient
My experience with this urgent care facility was great, mainly because of the help that the physicians assistant, Dan Heaney, provided. I had a wound on my right leg. He cleaned and treated the wound and prescribed antibiotics for me. Over and above that I was able to communicate with him for several weeks about the situation of the wound. I would send him photos of the wound and he would provide additional advice about treatment. He also gave me a referral to the wound care center at the San Ramon Regional Medical Center.
