There is no one better than Don. Simply put, he's the only one in the business I trust. He's not going to B.S. you into spending money on something you don't need. I had two different AC companies this past summer tell me I needed a new furnace and AC system because I had leak in my system. Cost would be over $20K. Don came over and found a small loose gasket which was leaking gas, which somehow the other two companies missed after being here four times , and possibly even intentionally caused (I was also charged over $1K to refill the puron gas multiple times). 104 degrees today. AC goes out and Don answers right away and is able to come over a few hours later to save the day. Our AC unit is 21 years old so I was fearing we would need to replace the whole thing. Don was able to replace a few parts on the spot and change some wires that were incorrectly done. Quality work, professional, honest feedback and advice.

We used Don/Air Design for the first time back in August 2019 when one of our AC units was not working. Don replaced the capacitor, was and is responsive, trustworthy, experienced, and a good communicator. During the July 2024 heat wave, our second AC unit suddenly stopped working on a Friday afternoon. I reached out to Don that Friday evening and by Saturday morning 8 am, he had replied. He arrived by ~10:15 am Saturday, diagnosed the problem, replaced the capacitor, and the unit was up and running and generating cold air.
