I had such a great experience at Banfield Pet Hospital with my pet, Fig. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring. Everyone took the time to make Fig feel comfortable, and I really appreciated how attentive and patient they were throughout the visit.

Clean environment, friendly staff, and knowledgeable veterinarians. Our pets have always been clients at Banfield, but it's really unfortunate that since the pandemic, there are no in-room visits. This type of practice of leaving the pet as a drop-off is a big loss to owners because there is less interaction between the veterinarian and the owners, thus on-the-spot questions that might come up during the physical exam will never happen. Call wait times leave a lot to be desired -- just today, when my call was picked up, it went straight to being on hold and I listened to the looped automated operator and music for 18 minutes before a live person actually answered. This hospital is amazing and the best Banfield I have been to. They really know what they are doing and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their manager Sahag is awesome! <3
