K&T Nails and Spa

My manicure was very good. I am pleased with the results. Two things that were concerning:
1. At one point a second woman wanted to help with the gel manicure by filing and shaping my nails. She started to communicate with the first woman who I expected to do the entire manicure. Being concerned about the end result, I requested only the first woman do the complete job. They complied.
2. More concerning—-I said I would tip in cash and pay the $50 manicure fee on my credit card. I went to the restroom. When I came out, a $15 tip was added onto my credit card without permission. I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! I went in for a mani and pedi, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I chose a beautiful emerald green cat-eye design for both my nails and toes, and they turned out perfect. The salon wasn’t busy, so the service was quick—only took about an hour. The entire experience was super relaxing, and there was no pain at all. The staff took excellent care of me. The total of my service was only $90! Highly recommend!
