About Paradise Appliance Service
Paradise Appliance Service offers prompt and courteous phone support. Their service visit fee is $149, which can be applied toward labor if the customer hires them. Some technicians may lack customer service skills, but others show competence and helpfulness. Customers' experiences vary; some issues remain unresolved despite multiple visits, but when the right technician is assigned, problems are diagnosed and fixed efficiently. For instance, a technician named Quang Nguyen was praised for his thorough and professional service, taking the time to explain repairs and offer advice on other appliances. Customers appreciate quick responses and courteous staff, especially when dealing with issues like ice maker malfunctions or microwave/oven problems. Overall, the company’s success depends on consistent technician training, but many customers have had positive experiences, especially when repairs are completed correctly on the first visit.
There was a delay and mixup of my given contact #'s which delayed badly needed service about a week. But when he finally showed up first for the estimate of parts needed ( my washer was on it's deathbed - 10 parts ) & after another week to finally fix it - my Mom and I were very happy with Arnell's service. The washer and dryer are both running great . The price quoted is for each machine.
The tech was courteous and did the job professionally. Unfortunately the issue still exists but I don't think it is due to the service we received, it's just a lemon of a Whirlpool product apparently.
Tam, the technician, showed up on time, looked at our brand new refrigerator, and realized the problem was a defective part. He ordered the new part, came back in 2 weeks, installed it, and now it works perfectly. He was professional, kind, and explained everything going on.
