Happy Hour Fit Club is a fun-filled workout group with a Super Star of a trainer. Kerrie has taken me down a path of fitness and self-care. I’ve been a member for twelve years and I enjoy being outdoors at a lovely park in the morning. It sets the tone for the day. Kerrie varies each workout and makes them fun. All members are highly supportive and I’ve made lasting friendships through the group. Join. Be good to yourself.
HHFC has had me as a member for ten years now. The sense of community and the varied program is a magnet for those who value themselves and their health. Being outdoors in a lovely park sets a positive tone. I love the trees and fresh air. We play games and laugh while moving. No workout is the same. Kerrie will accommodate all levels of fitness and she makes sure we are doing the moves correctly to avoid injury. Members encourage one another and I have met many friends through HHFC. Being an older member, I especially encourage other retired women to join. Older women will benefit from the program in countless ways. The program will help with balance, improve cognition, benefit the heart and lungs, and ease pain from arthritis and other issues. Stay strong at any age!
I have been going to HHFC for a year and a half and each workout has been a different one. Kerrie always makes the workouts fun. She incorporates the cardio into games that we all enjoy! She also makes sure we are doing the exercises correct and gives us positive reinforcement. The best part is being outdoors under the beautiful trees!
