Update: I've been coming here for about 5 months and I see such immense improvement in my strength and also can see more toned muscle developing on areas of my body. In addition , this has helped me improve my mental health , as it is my daily escape from the stress and hectic nature of life! Again - run don't walk here! It's an invaluable investment in both your physical and mental health! Run don't walk here! This is the only place to go to for all your fitness needs! I love and adore this place! Run don’t walk here! This is the only place to go to for all your fitness needs! I love and adore this place! You get a total body workout in 30 minutes (no class times, just simply pop-in), I already feel stronger and see that I am developing more muscle structure. It’s a circuit style training with emphasis on kick boxing, conditioning, weight training, core strength, etc. - this is done within 9 different “rounds” that are 3 minutes each and no prior kickboxing experience is necessary. This is definitely my favorite gym! The trainers are very supportive, help push you to do your best, and make the environment very welcoming. This gym is for all types of people including people just starting out at a gym to really good kick boxers. It’s nice how you can go in any time and not have a set schedule. They also are great at accommodating in case you have an injury or a problem, they are on it. I also like that most of the members that go to the gym are super friendly and personable because not all gyms are like that. Thank you 9Rounds! :)
