F45 Training Alamitos Bay

I love this place. Even in a group, I get individual attention, a wide variety of workouts, and so much education. The trainers are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. So worth it.

I worked out at F45 Alamitos Bay for 3 and a half years I just moved out of Long Beach so sadly I won't be anymore. BUT I loved working out here so much that I'm going to a different studio in my new city. If you want to build muscle and see a change in your body go to F45! Loved all the trainers and the sense of community. Owners Suzy and Josh were always amazing and helpful also. Will definitely miss it.

I've been coming to this gym for ~4 months & can't seem to say enough nice things about it. I'm always trying to lure my friends in for classes, every chance I get. I have not met a coach in this gym I didn't like - they all take the extra time to get to know you & keep you constantly progressing. They have a good variety of workouts/equipment to always keep your body guessing what burn is coming that day. Plus, if you take the same classes regularly *represent the lunchtime crew!*, you start making friends with the familiar faces!
