Jackie Shu was our advisor at Forest Lawn.She was excellent at explaining all the plans offered by F/L. She responded on text messages in a timely manner. She was easy to talk to, efficient, professional and excellent on what she does. We bought two plans with her. Highly recommend F/L.
Contacted FL Cypress to place an order for a grave marker for our cousin. Ting Victor could not have been more helpful in supporting our need and in explaining all of the considerations. At the end of the process, felt like he had been a long time friend.
