She explained to me which type of layers would look best for my length and showed me how much of a trim I needed. She was really kind and gave me a lot of advice on how to better care for my hair. At the end she gave me a blowdry and it looked great! I was honestly in desperate need of a haircut and was willing to go anywhere that would take me last minute.
