Marcelle, Su, Debra, and Nathan were fantastic during the entire process I hired them for. They always answered the phone or emails promptly and answered all of my many questions. In addition to their excellent customer care, they were able to get me the best desired outcome and I could not be more thrilled. I believe my fees were about 10% of my total and well worth it. I needed help dealing with IRS and FTB. I was hesitant to cold call but nobody I knew could make a recommendation. So I Just called picking them out on yelp the original person who took my call Jeremy Espino inspired a degree of confidence enough for me to move forward. After the initial consult I was assigned to Marcelle Debbas and Su Zweers and their teams. Everyone that I spoke to was professional and friendly. Their processes were streamlined and easy to follow.
