I have been to the Spectrum ophthalmology department several times. Mei at the counter is very experienced and serves patients very carefully, seriously, thoughtfully and kindly. She helps solve problems and is a hard-working person. I encourage Mei and give she a thumbs up.
Quynh was extremely helpful and kind when helping my dad pick out 2 new glasses frames. She very patiently answered all of his questions, helped him find great sunglass options, and most importantly provided incredible service. Highly, highly recommend!
