I'm 65 and have been active in the gym and sports my entire life. I have had 3 shoulder replacements and 1 knee replacement. I did some researched and am so grateful to have found Dr.Takashi. He is the REAL DEAL!! Knowledgable, thorough and no nonsense. 6 months after my knee surgery I wasn't getting the range of motion back I needed to start biking and resume the activities I love.
