Dan did an absolutely fantastic job on our project. We hired him to install a/c for our 2nd floor, since previous owners of our house had only installed it on the first floor. Dan specced out and installed a single new Mitsubishi heat pump that was capable of cooling both floors, installed new matching air handlers for both floors, ran new wiring for the 1st floor thermostat, and installed a new air return for the first floor since our existing one was undersized. The process
Dan came and gave us careful inspections. We knew the problem, but still the technical confirmation from him was convincing. The quote was reasonable and the process was smooth from carrying out the work until the payment.

The person
Dan and his team were very professional and patient. They did not rush and worked with minimal disturbance. Most importantly, he gave us trustful impressions. For example, he reassured us that the basement duct has no need to change. This is in contrast to making us anxiety to do something not necessary.

We will definitely ask Dan for our future works.

I'd give Dan 10 stars if I could... He responded within 15 minutes of my calls... Was courteous, very informative, and did something that proves that he's not just out to make money. I've had other contractors recommend a complete control board replacement for my furnace problem and Dan initially agreed, but spent some time reviewing other possibilities. He then picked up a new board but still felt that it might not be necessary and continued to check other interlocks, such as gas valve, temperature, sensors, and pressure sensors. he was finally able to isolate the problem to the pressure sensor which he replaced instead of the entire board. this saved... read full review
