As first time homebuyers, we thought the process would be difficult. Kathy made things pretty much stress free. We would definitely recommend her to anyone. She was always available to answer our questions and kept us updated every step of the way. We hit a couple bumps (due to the escrow company) but Kathy was able to help address the issues and pushed the loan through. We just closed our loan and we’re so excited to move into our new home. Kathy was very professional and knowledgeable. I did a refi on my home & process was very quick. Everything was straight forward and smooth transaction. Never had to call for anything, everything was done electronically until closing date which is great since I'm always traveling.
