Todd from AMRS is the WORST counselor. His way of going about therapy is horrible. He would rather you leave group therapy and not talk it out instead of helping you. He has no compassion, lacks empathy, and is rude. I wish I could give him 0 stars. I don't know why he went into a profession when he doesn't care to deal with patients head on. Most patients and I know not to share everything now or else you just get kicked out and talk to someone who isn't even your own case manager. So much for being truthful at a program that "promotes" it. I'd honestly just recommend AA OR NA because they never kick you out for being honest, and you're always welcome to share everything and never be judged. Or punished for it.

Go some place else.
All employee here act like they just work here for paycheck.....they act like they have no ownership.
You have to ask 10 questions before you get any good answer.
None of them have any "customer service".

Get good doctors and staff. I have had five different doctors and none of them ever got a diagnosis correct. Every time I had a test there were complications. It was so bad that I finally just stopped going. Changing back to Blue Cross and private physicians. NOTE: I am older with past medical experiences and have a base of comparison to reference.
