Frank helped to fix my Thermador freezer which stopped working. He was patient and extremely professional. He came in the night at 9am when I worried about something to help address that. He kept me updated as the parts were coming and came promptly to fix. I would strongly recommend him. He is also going to help to fix my thermador cooking range.

Frank did an excellent job for us in August 2025, when our 8 year old, totally digital , high tech Cabrio Whirlpool clothes washer died. The entire digital panel was dead, and a spark came from the wall plug when I unplugged the washer. I called Home Appliance in Cupertino. We live in Sunnyvale and wanted someone near our home. The office manager took the call and scheduled the repair person , Frank, for 11am the next morning. The service call was only $70, which was applied to the repair bill.
