Definitely a hidden gem for Asian haircuts! The hairstylists are very talented and can cut the hair to complement your face shape. They go above and beyond and pay close attention to details. They taught me how to properly blow dry my hair, and thinned out my hair for a lighter effect. $60 for women’s haircut. I highly recommend this hair salon.

The couple has been there since I was in high school, and the speed and quality and service (they wash your hair! Twice!) nothing more to ask for. Place to go whenever I’m back in the bay!

I usually don't leave yelp reviews but since I've been coming here for over 10 years it's the least I could do. Hair Fashion National is run by a nice couple and I get my hair cuts from the wife. She does a great job with Asian hair and does a nice clean fade. The past few years I've been getting perms here as well and she gives me exactly what I ask for. Highly recommended.

Make sure to call ahead in advance for an appointment! This place offers the full experience with two hair washes (before and after the cut) and offers a post wash trim for any needed adjustments. The lady who cut my hair is very upbeat and her scissor work is amazing. I asked for a two block ish haircut and she definitely knew what she was doing. Decently priced for men's at 35, paid 7 for tip.

I finally found my new spot for a haircut! They did a great job, and honestly better than most barbers in the area. I used to drive all the way to Danville just for my cut; I'm happy I took a chance.

Used to go here and hair cut was good. But they often stop your hair cut to talk with others, which is really impolite to customers. And they also raise the fee to 35+tips per less than 30-min cut recently, no longer recommended any more.

It pains me to leave this review, but after my most recent experience here, I have to. I've been coming to this salon whenever I'm in town for a few years now to support, but I will not be visiting again. I asked for a simple haircut and was very clear with my instructions, but the male barber did the opposite of what I said, seemingly on purpose. He firstly did not cut my hair to the length we had agreed on. After a correction, he got quite pissy and kept hitting me with the tools on my back, my forehead, whenever he could while he continued the procedure of cutting my hair. I specifically asked for no layers on top, but guess what? He layered my hair at the top. The result is that I have a bunch of shorter hairs sticking out of my head for no reason and they will continue sticking out no matter how I brush my hair. Now, I'll have to deal with this baby hair unkempt look for months, which is especially bad considering that my job depends on my looks. Not only is there a language barrier (I would not recommend coming here if you can't speak fluent Chinese), but he is also incapable of following instructions -- he seemed to purposely do the opposite of what I wanted. It is unacceptable for a hair dresser to do the opposite of what a paying customer asks for. Take your business elsewhere.
