I went today trying to get makeup as someone who doesn’t really know anything about makeup and was helped by Kelly.She was genuinely so nice, helpful, and comforting. She helped me throughout my whole time there and helped me find things not only that looked best on me but also was in my price range, she was so sweet and I had a great experience.
I went into Ulta after coming from Sephora who recommended that I check over there to see if they had what I wanted and it was a completely different experience. In Ulta I felt so lost I needed help and honestly no one was around or maybe they were helping others or busy doing stuff. I think u guys should have more employees on the floor making sure that we’re ok, shopping for makeup can be overwhelming for some people.
This Ulta location is pretty decent from its variety of merchandise and overall customer service however, there was this staff/employee on the floor who would constantly look at me and my sister and did not even acknowledge us at all as we entered the store and didn't like the way she was following us in a way thinking we're going to steal or something which I absolutely didn't like, we're paying customers who come in to get help/assistance with my sister's make up needs
