I can’t believe it after 1 visit I feel so much better. Dr. Megan made my neck feel so much better. My former chiropractor retired and I haven’t been to one a while. So glad I found this place and it’s close to my house.

All the employees have gone way beyond the call of duty in providing top level service to their patients.. Their targeted dedication have helped me tremendously with the healing process. Megan is good peoples- Tells the truth in a nice professional way- Seen her use Google Translate as a resource to communicate and diffuse a billing situation with a non-english speaking person in real time-
Funny thing…. Google Translate worked!! Her use of Google Translate assisted in de-escalating the situation, got the persons questions answered clearly in a language they could understand and comprehend, allowing the person to leave with their needs being met business and Dr. Jones-
Resourceful thinking and Patience displayed by Dr. Jones in that critical situation allowed for business to carry on with no disruption to other patient care-
With Dr. Jones, Patient Care goes beyond just being knowledgeable and professional in the exam room, it extends to Great Customer Service outside the exam-

So my family has been raving forever about Dr Megan and her magic ways and I’m a bit stubborn when it comes to getting help if I’m a bit crooked.
I tweaked my back while lifting the other day and my wife reached out to see if Dr M could fit me in. I met her at Culver City office and spent about an hour in her care. I’ve never felt such physical immediate relief from the pain I was suffering. Aside from the anatomy education I was given and the personal touches about her own path, the adjustments were quick, painless, and immediate in their effect.
24 hours later I am standing tall and back to working out gently. I am not looking forward to the next time I hurt myself but my first call will be to your offices for sure.

My experience has been the best. A friend referred them after an accident she had. She said she felt really good and that they treat her great. It has been more than a year and Dr Megan and Dr Carlos not only focus on adjusting me. They made my migraines go away sometimes or stopped them. All the crew is so kind and welcoming, they make you feel like home. I definitely recommend them.
