Sue and Julie are an awesome team. Neat, professional, quick. Not a single ouch! Friendly greeting when I decided on a whim to try them out so I walked in, asking for a spa pedi/mani combo with gels for both; colors somewhat limited. But the price is right, and Julie gave me an excellent color recommendation that I would not have otherwise tried. They keep the doors open and fans running so good air and temp (lots of other salons close by are too hot plus overwhelming acrylic smells). They have their own parking lot. I’ll be back.

Okay. I’ve tried several nail salons in LA. So far, I’m very pleased with Nail Spa Excel. Lucy is a wonderful and well experienced tech who knew exactly how to best work on my toe nails. I’ll be a regular.

I was there 2 weeks ago for a gel manicure and it was great. I returned to have them removed and change to another gel color. I had a pedi with regular color. I avoid gel because I cringe when they have to remove the gel (it’s so painful), but today, I was proved wrong. The technician was gentle with my nails. It was pain free and quick. I waited for about 10 minutes before they ushered me to a massage chair. The staff is friendly and professional. Eve did my pedicure. She is fabulous. My toenails tend to be uneven (standing long hours). She made my toenails look better after the pedicure. Sandals ready!! I’m definitely returning. :)
