I used to have red hair (dyed, not natural) and wanted to get platinum blonde for Christmas. Rachel said that it might not be possible, but at the end of the session I looked absolutely amazing. This happened in December 2021. Since then I’ve been coming every 6 weeks to get myself blondified (I love the platinum ice queen look) and my hair is looking amazing, doesn’t fall out, is thick. I’m loving it. First pic is the first time after being a red head. Second pic is the last time I got my hair done.

Never write reviews, but had to this time! Rachel did my color and cut , it’s been 8 weeks and am only now returning for a root touch up, that’s how good the color is. She only uses the best product, and is extremely meticulous with the application. The cut was fabulous and exactly what I asked for.. went from stringy and lifeless to a beautiful bob cut with tons of volume. Would highly recommend!
