Kim went above and beyond by finding matching nose pads, replacing both for a clean look, cleaning my glasses, and having them adjusted—at no charge. When I asked how much I owed, I was told nothing, just a kind request to leave a review and mention Kim.

I told him the type of feel & look that best describes my personality and lifestyle and he knew exactly what I was looking for! I would have never been able to decide on a frame without his input.
