“I used to have red hair (dyed, not natural) and wanted to get platinum blonde for Christmas. Rachel said that it might not be possible, but at the end of the session I looked absolutely amazing. This happened in December 2021. Since then I’ve been coming every 6 weeks to get myself blondified (I love the platinum ice queen look) and my hair is looking amazing, doesn’t fall out, is thick. The only downside to this is that every time I get my hair done by Rachel, I feel so festive that I want to treat myself with some sidecar donuts (if you know, you know) and those donuts go straight to my thighs ???“
