Everything went accordingly for what we planned… at the end of the term I had to make some unexpected adjustments which was no problem Susie helped me with adjusting an it all worked out I just want to say thank you to all of the team members….
Ms. Susie was very compassionate and showed she cared about our loved one. She paid attention to the music we played during our visitation and took it upon herself to lay him to rest with the music he loved when we couldn’t be there. Ms. Susie is thorough and professional making the business end of things easy to deal with. Communication is great and the updated facility is beautiful.
Cindy was very helpful and patient with our family. She took her time to explain everything and understood what we were looking for. She went up and beyond for us and making sure we had very little to worry about. They did not rush us out the day of the service or make us buy things that didnt suit our needs. Hope to never need to use her again but would if need be
