Luis came within an hour, determined the fix needed, found the part in his van, replaced the defective one, verified that leak was fixed and cleaned-up after himself. He also put on shoe covers at the door!

Best plumbers I have ever used! I found myself in what I thought was a big plumbing emergency. Cynthia at the office was very attentive and I felt genuinely cared about my problem. Her, along with the office manager Marly were both very nice and were able to get me scheduled in a timely manner. The technician came out and told me exactly what needed to be done. It turned out to be a much smaller problem than I thought. He didn’t even try to upsell me or anything. So glad I called Fords!
