Best plumbers I have ever used! I found myself in what I thought was a big plumbing emergency. Cynthia at the office was very attentive and I felt genuinely cared about my problem. Her, along with the office manager Marly were both very nice and were able to get me scheduled in a timely manner. The technician came out and told me exactly what needed to be done. It turned out to be a much smaller problem than I thought. He didn’t even try to upsell me or anything. So glad I called Fords!
I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt I needed to let other homeowners know that if they have a plumbing problem, call Fords Plumbing. Since the time I called for service Marly answered the phone and booked my appointment for a plumber to come check my leaking water heater. When the plumber was on his way Cynthia called me and text me that he was on the way and provided an ETA. The water heater was replaced since it was 11years old, it was time for replacement. The job was done promptly and professionally and they set me up for yearly maintenance. Thank you Fords Plumbing!
