Limited inventory but easy ordering. When ordering hair I had lots of questions and the chat wasn't helpful. I'd give the place another try and always willing support small black owned businesses.

Very nice black owned beauty supply store and there are also cosmologist there you can ask questions or book with. I go here to get my hair done and to buy products.

I like this place. Come here for all of of my beauty supply needs. It's BLACK-OWNED which I love. They have almost everything you need. It's not stocked to the gills the way a Korean beauty supply store is, but we don't need half the ish in those stores anyway. If you are a natural haired woman, looking for quality hair care products, this store is for you. They have pretty much everything you need and the owner is really nice. Note: they also have a wall full of packaged hair for braiding, etc.

I was very excited to go here, especially knowing that it was black owned only to be very disappointed in the customer service. I went about a week ago and got the wrong colored hair and before I left the store I realized it was the wrong color and tried to exchange it, but they did not have the right color. Then I asked if I can have a refund since I literally just bought it and she said she does not allow that but that she would be ordering more and it would be there in about 3 to four days. I called this morning only to find out that they still did not order it and it was going to be another two weeks before they would receive any. I would have been much more content if I was not lead to believe that they were handling the situation, when they weren't, and taken my business else where so I could get my hair done.

Best customer service, knowledge of the products they carry, and is definitely a ONE STOP SHOP! Their hair Stylist and Nail Tech are so good in what they do. A nice place to for some TLC. And I love the DIY area.
