“You know, the small business always has their problem that why they can’t grow up to be a bigger and better business. And also, they have their reasons to exist in the neighborhood. The Gig is Okay. You pay how much they want, and they fix it for you. If you have any trouble or need help, I don’t think they will help you.I fixed my laptop screen last August, and then I found the screen suddenly was black. Then I called them, the lady just said you broken the screen. I was 1000% I was super careful of taking the laptop after it had problem. It’s impossible I was that careful and spent $210 and the screen broken in 5 months. It’s impossible. It’s very uncomfortable someone didn’t care what you say just say it’s your problem, you broken it. Nobody felt good. After the boss checked it, and he showed me one crack and I still could believe it but I accepted it.I didn’t want to fix as I think it’s Okay I could use it sometime but it’s really annoying. I went to the store but I found the boss told it’s $265 to 275 for the parts while it’s a really old laptop and only $300-400 you can buy one on Amazon. I asked him to find the cheaper one as last I spent $220 not over $350. He would still charge more $75-85 to change the screen. How to say. The business is a neighborhood business. Yes. He doesn’t cheat people. Yes. But it doesn’t mean the business helps people. They just earn money from us. If you have something else, they don’t care about it. If your behavior or words a little bit make their comfortable, they will just kick you out. They just some normal people earn money. That’s it.To be honest, I have right to give him one out of five same as the boss doesn’t have interest to fix my laptop and try to charge me lots more money, but I am a great person. He is not a bad person, they business is not horrible. They just earn money from someone who can’t afford to fix in the big store. So I gave them three.PS: after I submitted the review, I still want the guy has a bigger and better business in the future, and also I hope he can really help other people not just a tiny business. I changed from three to four.“

“I can't speak to their actual repair skills, but I wanted to say that these guys appear to be the pinnacle of professionalism. This is more of a story than a review but today I witnessed the guy running the Geek Squad check-in desk have the patience of a saint. I was sitting at the counter waiting on a diagnostic on my phone when a woman came in with her laptop. She was so loud the entire area can hear her say that her computer is littered with viruses. Instead of just telling the guy what's wrong she launches into an entire story about how she was scammed by another IT place who didn't get rid of the virus even though she paid them a ton of money and then launched into a whole thing about how the internet is full or spam, scams, danger, etc. The man at the desk remained extremely professional and tried to help her whenever she let him get a word in edgewise. THEN in the middle of her check-in she got a call from the original IT company that worked on her computer. I know this because for at least ten minutes was fighting with him ON SPEAKER for not fixing her computer. It was an extremely rude and truly bizarre thing to do in public. So I just wanted to say bravo to the Geek Squad for being so patient and doing their best with what seemed like a tough customer. Also, thanks for looking at my phone.“
