I had an amazing hair experience with Erin and the very experience from start to finish felt very luxurious and also easy to learn as someone who has never had their hair done. I also lost my gift card, but the manager Sarah went above and beyond calling another store and even waiting until the next day when the system was back up online to charge me to make it right and ensure I was able to redeem it. Everyone was so amazing and helpful- I 100% will be back! 11/10 customer service on everyone’s part
Natalie was very gentle and gave me the exact style that was in the picture I provided. Excellent customer service, NATALIE. is a 5 STAR STYLIST. Parking tip- park on Cardiff street,you get one hour free, then walk thru the short alley and cross the street,you are there at Drybar, less than 5 mins.
My first time at Drybar — overall just okay. My hair came out nice and they offered a mimosa, which was a plus. But I didn’t realize they charge an extra $30 if your hair is semi-wet (the website doesn’t mention that), so that was a surprise. Convenience was great, but nothing really stood out beyond that.
