I came into Dr. Friedman’s to take them up on their free adjustment. Ofelia was so helpful! I got my glasses here almost a year ago, so they’ve loosened up a lot. She tightened them up, fit them so they’re far more comfortable, and gifted me with cleaning spray and cloths. Excellent service!

I was referred to Friedman Optometry on Washington Boulevard in Culver City by my insurance company, and from my very first phone call, I was impressed.
Their appointment system uses excellent voice-to-text technology. If they're unable to answer the phone, you can leave a voicemail, which is converted to text and sent directly to the office. I received both a text response and a callback in less than five minutes. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to get me in the following Monday. They also accept walk-ins, although those may involve a short wait.
