William, Kristin, and Victoria were so wonderful and very sweet. William was super reassuring and very easy to communicate with about our fur baby’s needs. They are very affordable compared to other places around LA and didn’t nickel and dime us when we were there. Highly recommend!

Terrific place, very clean facilities, pleasant & friendly staff. They are verified family-owned (no private equity like Modern Animal owned by Theil), so the prices are old-school fair, no delayed diagnoses and nickel & diming going in here. Vet techs & doctors very knowledgeable and helpful.

Brought my Cavalier in because he seemed a bit off (may have been me overthinking it 😅). The staff were very kind and reassuring, and it gave me peace of mind knowing everything was okay. Parking was easy, they seemed well-staffed, and I appreciated the free dog poop bags and canisters. I’d definitely come back if needed.

Brought our cat here because she was losing balance. We asked our vet friend who suggested she is having ear infections. The doctor was very dismissive and charged us 400 total for ear cleaning and some ear drops but a week later our cat got worse and now her head is tilted to one side. We have to take her to emergency care. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

William was an amazing help with a new foster kitten of ours, we’re so grateful for how thoughtfully he took care of us over the holidays. Will be coming here for a long time!

A huge thank you to Victoria, Jennyfer, and Dr. Bouganim at Culver City Animal Hospital! I was dealing with a lot of anxiety over my cat Charlie's flea problem, and their kindness made all the difference. Victoria at the front desk was incredibly friendly and sweet, noticing I was anxious and instantly treating me with warmth like a friend. Jennyfer, the tech, was amazing with her gentle handling, especially during Charlie's nail trimming which she normally won’t let me do. And Dr. Bouganim's reassuring expertise was both soothing and professional. They took wonderful care of my girl and made a stressful visit a great experience. Highly recommend this compassionate team! Thank you :)

They definitely need some training on customer service over the phone. Theres a reason we call, as to not waste our time driving there, just for questions that can be answered over the phone.
