Great for Kids. George and Jay are good teachers and take the extra care in making sure that all the kids get the attention then need, and that they are up to speed with the other kids. I help teach the kids class and I really think it's great the respect and discipline it helps build in your child.

My daughter has been coming here for years and the instructors are friendly and I love the Aikido philosophy being only defensive and grappling. There should really be no excuse for anyone to be offensively aggressive. One should defend themselves if they are attacked and then run.

I love this place. I've learned so much and the people there have helped me through this mutli-year depression of mine without even knowing it. The art of, and the people within this discipline are an unusual gift.
