Dr. Schachterle and the vet techs here are really great. I wouldn’t take my guinea pigs anywhere else.
If they can’t fit you in for an urgent appointment, they can even have nearby vets reach out to fit you in.
They seem to go very far above and beyond any other place I’ve been.
As long as I live in this area, I’ll never go to another vet. This morning, My dog had 4 seizures at home. I called on the way. They put me on triage board immediately. My dog somewhat recovered upon arrival and I was able to walk him in, but I know they would have come out and got him if I called. When I came inside, they recognized his slight pant that was not normal, rushed him back and found him to be in vtach. They asked if I wanted CPR, which I did not because of his age and heart condition. The vet pretty quickly came to see me in the room to get more info and talk about what I wanted to do. By then, they had at least given him lidocaine for his arrhythmia....read full review
I will always be grateful for this animal hospital they saved 2 of my dogs. One of my dogs was hit by a car they took her in right away and literally brought her back to life. When I brought my second dog he is was puppy I had just bought from the previous owner I did not know he was sick the next day he passed out we rushed him to this hospital and they were able to revive him. I did not think my dogs were going to make it but the staff here were able to work miracles.
