Dr. Andruzzi (neurologist), Siarah (neuro DA), and neuro techs Chelsea and Jackie were so attentive, compassionate, and thorough. They explained everything clearly and made sure Buu was comfortable every step of the way.
We are especially grateful that Dr. Andruzzi and Dr. Lo (surgeon) worked together to coordinate same-day procedures so Buu would only have to go under anesthesia once. That consideration meant so much to us.

We've visited ACCESS on & off over the past 10 years and can't recommend this location enough! If you truly need to see the best doctors, you can't do better than this location - experts in every field and top of the line emergency medicine. Our dog had two back to back bouts of acute pancreatitis and Dr. Emanuel in the Internal Medicine department (as well as several others) truly saved her life. We'll be forever grateful for this place and the people who work here!
The entire staff was welcoming and supportive. The internist Dr. Uematsu absolutely saved my dogs life and her bedside manner is stellar because she is transparent, kind and communicative. Dexter Johnson her right hand man is so kind and helped me understand how to handle medications and I am grateful for every single person at Access for helping me.
