Had a horrible experience with this business and would not recommend for any parents that need help for their children. We were going here for about a couple of months and my son's worker called in sick at least once a week. If she called in sick they didn't have a replacement and just told us he can't come in today due to lack of staff. This business is unprofessional and needs to have better communication.

We are about to move to a different area, so will sadly have to leave Happy Learner's/CAST, but I wanted to leave a review to express my gratitude to the team here. I am very pleased with my son's progress, the ease of communication with the team, and their response to my concerns. The level of supervision from our BCBA has been excellent, and our RBTs are professional, enthusiastic, and so kind towards my son. I highly recommend this agency for ABA. I looked at several, but none matched the attention to detail and genuine care I experienced here. Thank you!
