Let them know I am hypermobile, i.e. i dislocate my joints a lot and I'm generally in pain.1st appointment: I got a PT that understood my anatomy was a little different and worked with it.2nd PT that took over, due to a time crunch, made me do a work out in a posture that wasn't working with my body. It didn't hurt initially but the days afterwards both of my hips were partially dislocated and I couldn't get them back in. I had to use my crutches again to get around.My partner in the waiting room also heard them tell a man that they did NOT do 'sport medicine'... sport medicine is physical therapy for sport-related injuries etc etc... First appointment for evaluation. My appointment was at 9am. I arrived at 8:54am. No parking in the underground garage. Called office to ask where to park. They informed that parking was in the front of the building. Drove to front parking and there was not parking. Very small limited parking. There is no parking on the street. Called office to explain my dilemma. Waited for 15 minutes for someone to move. Parked and when to 2nd floor to sign in. Receptionist told me that they have a 10 minute grace. I explained my dilemma with the parking. I was early but parking nowhere available. I asked them to cancel my appointment. I am done and don't want to come...read full review
While there are some positives, All Care doesn’t seem very patient-centered in any way.First, I’ll cover the positives. They offer instruction in spanish. They are friendly, and the front desk staff is super nice.Unfortunately, none of this made up for the negatives. First is the scheduling. When I made my first appointment, they seemed to have a lot of availability. However, over the next month or two, it seemed like if you didn’t schedule a month or more in advance you would simply delay access to care as they jammed their schedule with as many patients as possible.
