I have used this Urgent Care Center for a few years now and just now decided to leave a review. I don't know why because I should've left one years ago. This Urgent Care is truly one of the best Urgent Care centers I've ever been to. But I was moved today by Amber Boyd, she was the most attentive front desk person that I've ever had so far in the history of me. Going to urgent cares. Now I know urgent cares are designed to be there when your doctor can't take you and you have a non-life-threatening emergency. I have enough friends in the medical profession to know you do not go to the emergency room for conjunctivitis. I know my body well enough to know when something is off and today I woke up and my eye was bothering me and I knew that I had conjunctivitis. I head to my Cedar Sinai medical urgent care center and was greeted so warmly and treated so well. The thing about the Cedar Sinai team is that my primary care physician is a Cedar Sinai doctor so all of their records are like in one place so they can see what's happening with you when you're not seeing them it's the best ever. You just log onto the app. Today, I found out that they offer virtual care which is something that I could have used and not had to have come to the Urgent Care facility. I'm gonna try that next time telehealth is the way to go anyways, the doctors there at Cedar Sinai are just amazing. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable.

Me: "Before I hand you $50, can you provide an ETA?" Front desk lady: "oh it'll be quick, there are only 2 patients ahead of you." 2.5 HOURS LATER... (watching a stream of people who've checked in way AFTER me get called in) Front desk lady: "Oh, well we take people based on severity, not on the time they arrive." Me: "I'm in so much pain from strep and desperately need antibiotics while I watch someone who looks like they're on their way to brunch get ushered in immediately...how do you know their needs are more severe than mine?" Front desk lady: "It'll be soon." Finally get a nurse to take my blood pressure and temp, maybe the actual doctor will be here soon? Nope, turns out I only get to see a PA today and now I get to wait in another room for yet another hour. Maybe there's some kind of secret VIP list or I was supposed to slip the front desk lady some cash, but this place is a nightmare and seems to prioritize patients in a completely arbitrary way. Don't tell me it'll be just 2 patients ahead of me then let in another 12 who came after me go first. Btw, PA saw me for approx 5 seconds after a grand total of 3 HOURS waiting. A different nurse took a strep swab and sent me on my way.

The doctor and nurse who assisted me were both very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible. Unfortunately I had to give a low rating as the employee at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and rude. There was a mix up over what time my prescriptions were being sent after a pharmacy change due to availability. Had they just been honest regarding timing, I wouldn't have had to play phone tag with them and the pharmacy for 4 hours. When trying to explain the situation to the last person I spoke to, she continually cut me off and became very rude and then refused to confirm the medications that were sent. Again, the medical staff were very nice, along with the front desk employees when I was in office, but not worth the nasty attitude of the front desk employee who "helped" me over the phone.

My first visit to Urgent Care. Even though I arrived close to closing the night before Thanksgiving -- everyone was SO nice and caring. Forgive me if I misremember names, but Nurse Cameron and X-ray tech Peter - thank you! Special shout out to PA Mallory who not only took my concerns into consideration and didn't rush me... she called me two days later to follow up and further assist :) I am grateful for you all this Thanksgiving!

I highly recommend this Urgent Care. From the efficient check-in process to the incredible nurses (Mika is amazing!) to the top-notch doctor's care I truly did not expect from an Urgent Care on a Sunday, this was absolutely a wonderful experience. I even got a follow-up to see how I was doing! Incredible.

I had a clogged ear, a relatively minor but annoying problem. I was fortunate to find a time that was not very busy. Nonetheless, I want to thank nurse Cameron, and PA Megan, for their kind and effective care.

I had a great experience from the beginning to end at Cedars Sinai Urgent Care at the Culver City location. This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. Check-in was quick and easy (especially easy if you already have a log in for the Cedars Sinai online portal where you can echeck-in). The ladies at check-in were professional and friendly. The Nurse who helped me was very professional, kind and patient. Most of all, I absolutely loved Dr. Franco who was so compassionate, kind and incredibly attentive (and funny!) when I was pretty stressed. I had a deep laceration on my arm and Dr. Franco gave me the best care, from assessing and cleaning the wound to suturing the 5 stitches I needed. I was very nervous about the process but she was very kind and reassuring, letting me know what she was doing and each step she was taking. Dr. Franco made the whole process so wonderful and made me feel calm and well taken care of. The quality, compassion and care I received was truly amazing and I'm so grateful for everyone there who helped me.

Very poorly managed and clearly understaffed since the last time I have came to this facility. I checked in during the afternoon and the wait time was 3-3.5 hours just to get into a room. Don't even get me started once I got into the room. Look, I work in health care and understand how overwhelming it can get. But, this was a perfect example of a understaffed caring facility. Not only that but you can tell their workers are burnt out and stressed. Very sad that a place you are supposed to feel safe is a place you feel most uncomfortable. I almost felt like no one would be able to assist me in case of an emergency and that is not a good look. Do better Cedar Sinai, Culver City. New management may needed.

I've had to go to this Urgent Care a few times. I've had excellent service at Urgent Care and with their referrals to specialists. While I have never had the same doctor twice, all the doctors have been great. Anything related to Cedars-Sinai is top notch.

Just called to get some information and the women was rude. If you don't like your job don't work there. I am going some place else. If you get treated like that on the phone, I can't even imagine how you will get treated face to face. 10100 Culver Blvd - Suite E Culver City. Thursday, April 20 at 2:15 PM. I walked down there 2 weeks ago in the early afternoon and they were closed with no note on the door. So I called this time. Rudeness has no place in the world, especially in the medical field. This will come back on you lady!
