I have been receiving excellent care for the past two months from two home health aides (HHAs) employed by At Home Nursing Care. I interviewed 3 other agencies and made a wise decision in hiring this company. Before committing to service, I met with a registered nurse from the agency who oversees care. The HHAs are caring, knowledgeable and respectful of privacy. They supervise my daily exercises which are needed to recover from surgical repair of a knee fracture as well as assist with meal preparation, shopping, household chores and driving to medical appointments. The office manager, Jeanette, is knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I highly recommend this company.
The professionalism, understanding, humanity, and caring of both Jeannette and Junie provided me with was top notch and first.class. When we reached out to Jeannette asking for help after my back surgery, she asked all the right questions in order to find the right care giver match for my needs. Junie, the care giver assigned to me was not only fully qualified, but was very professional, understanding, warm, and caring. She always took very good care of me, and always made sure that I felt at ease with her help. Additionally, we always had great conversations and fun. We played board games, went to the movies a couple of times, and went out to dinner.

When dad was getting discharged from the hospital we were nervous and didn't have much time to make plans. Jeannette was kind and patient - took to the time to understand our needs and worked quickly to find a solution, answer questions and resolve the paperwork. She found us care for just a few hours later which relieved a lot of stress.Kristina who came for overnight care was excellent. She was careful and kind, supporting dad while being patient and respectful of his needs. He was a little uncomfortable with the idea at first but she eased him into it.
