I cannot thank Max enough. We had a huge plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon and he was at the house within two hours. He quoted us a reasonable price given it was the weekend and he came out so fast. He found the issue and told us our next steps to address the deeper problem with our pipes. No hidden fees. Will definitely call him again for future issues. Thank you!

Tankless Water Heater went one night. Started to search for vendors and Max was one of the 1st to respond. Very smart guy, knows what he is doing. My Noritz was about 9 years hold (never serviced - my fault) Max was able to diagnose the issue and was able to get all the parts covered under the warranty. Call up Nortiz and mailed him the parts to fix my tankless. Even put in his extra back up Tankless he had so we can have hot water while he repaired my unit. Then 1.5 week later he came back to install my repaired unit. Hoping the unit last another 5-10 years before I have to call Max again to instal a new unit. :)

We had a backed up sink and shower drain, and after calling Max this morning, he showed up this afternoon to fix the issue. He was prompt, professional, and fairly priced-- and we would 100% recommend him to anyone in West LA looking for a reliable plumber.
